Maine-Anjou
American Junior Maine-Anjou Association Board of Directors
The AJMAA Board of Directors is made up of 11 elected junior members who serve two-year terms as representatives and ambassadors for the Maine-Anjou breed. Throughout their term, board members play an active role in leading the organization and representing the AJMAA at events across the country.
Junior board members help plan and carry out major events and programs, including the National Junior Heifer Show, MAINE Youth Leadership Conference, state and national shows, and other important industry events.
Serving on the AJMAA Board of Directors is both an honor and a responsibility. Members gain hands-on experience in leadership, communication, event planning, teamwork and decision-making while serving fellow junior members and the Maine-Anjou breed. These experiences provide valuable life lessons, build lasting relationships and help prepare board members for future careers and leadership opportunities within the agricultural industry and beyond.
